This guy is from the Dallas area, but was visiting Tampa for 6 days in October. We talked on the phone at least 3 times as well as via email. He seemed very positive, and we set a time to meet at my home. He called me twice the night before and I gave him my address. I told him I would call him around 6 pm the next day when I returned from a doctors appointment after work. Our plan had been to meet at 7. I called but no answer so I left a message.
